Controls

Invoices checked before approval

Every invoice is checked against the validated supplier record and its purchase order, and mismatches go to review instead of your ERP.

How it works in New Zealand

How RapidP2P processes a New Zealand invoice

01

Supplier onboards

The supplier enters their details in the Vendor Portal, and their GST number is checked with its check digit.

02

Purchase order raised

Spend is approved on a purchase order before it’s committed, routed by your delegations.

03

Invoice arrives

By Peppol, email or PDF. RapidP2P captures the invoice data, with no rekeying.

04

Checked and matched

Matched to the PO and the validated supplier record. Mismatches are flagged for review.

05

Approved and posted

Approvers sign off, and the invoice posts to your ERP with a full audit trail.

Your ERP stays the system of record

RapidP2P works alongside the ERP you already run in New Zealand. Each integration is scoped to your version, modules and data requirements.
