About Lipman
Lipman is a trusted name across New South Wales, delivering high-quality commercial, industrial and educational projects. From hospitals and university precincts to schools and community centres, Lipman brings construction expertise to complex projects across the state.
To support the pace and complexity of its projects, Lipman implemented RapidP2P to modernise procurement and finance processes while maintaining its existing Jobpac ERP and Eftsure workflows.
Manual procure-to-pay processes were slowing finance down
Although Lipman’s project delivery was modern and efficient, its internal procure-to-pay processes relied heavily on manual work. The accounts payable team was managing manual invoice handling, while the lack of automation across procurement and finance slowed processes down.
Jobpac provided the project-centric ERP framework Lipman relied on, but the business needed greater visibility and digital workflows around it. Vendor onboarding was also prone to errors and delays, creating a need for a more scalable and integrated approach.

An integrated RapidP2P workflow around Jobpac and Eftsure
To modernise its systems without disrupting core operations, Lipman implemented the RapidP2P Suite across key procurement and finance processes, integrated with its existing Jobpac ERP and Eftsure.
The implementation included RapidP2P’s Accounts Payable Automation, Vendor Onboarding and Vendor Portal modules. Jobpac continued to provide the project-centric framework used by the construction team, while RapidP2P added digital workflows, automation and real-time data exchange.
Eftsure was integrated into the process to support vendor onboarding and payment verification while maintaining continuity with Lipman’s existing processes.
Automate invoice processing
Connect with Jobpac
Digitise vendor onboarding
Maintain Eftsure validation
Improve procurement visibility
Less manual work, stronger oversight and a more scalable P2P process
Lipman now processes up to 3,000 invoices a month with minimal manual input. The accounts payable team has reclaimed valuable time, while oversight across procurement, vendor compliance and payment controls has improved.
Lipman also reports significant financial and risk-management benefits from the controls built into its AP process, including approximately $200,000 per year in avoided ATO repayments associated with GST incorrectly claimed from vendors and subcontractors that were not GST registered, or had deregistered without notifying Lipman.
The combined controls provided by RAPIDP2P Accounts Payable Automation and Eftsure also helped Lipman secure $250,000 in social engineering fraud cover at no additional premium, with the insurer recognising the control environment as low risk.
